The refund is processed within 14 days from the date the seller receives a written statement requesting a refund and the product is returned. File an electronic application at support.es@coral-club.com. Be sure to fill out your first and last name, club number, order number, and the reason for returning the product- this will expedite the processing of your request.
The buyer shall pay for the return shipping of products in good condition (Nacex).
When returning inadequate quality products, use the prepaid label to send the package for free.
